In 2019 PULSAQUA assisted in the set-up and improvement of:
- cooperation between the Global Water Museum Network and the UNESCO International Hydrological Program (IHP) in Paris
- charter of the Global Network of Water Museums
- suggest and approach a suitable Chair for the Global Network of Water Museums
- the second conference of the Global Network in Valencia, Spain
- the activities of Kring Vrienden within the Global Network
